Adams County maintains a fleet of five paramedic ambulances on duty twenty-four hours a day. In addition we have an on call unit and three additional ambulances, not staffed, for back up purposes. The ambulance service maintains a Mass Casualty Response Unit trailer, and Support Services unit, and a Paramedic Alternate Response Unit to provide optimum service to our community.
