There are currently three completed P3s (Superdome, Bell Sensplex and Ray Friel Expansion), one P3 facility nearing completion (Paramedics Headquarters), and three P3 projects being presented to Committee and Council for approval (Light Rail Transit, Orlans Arts Facility and Town Centre and the West Carleton Community Complex). A P3 project on Porter’s Island is in two stages, with the Garry J. Armstrong Long-Term Care Home now complete and neighbouring Allan House ready for demolition and development into a new ten-storey retirement residence.
