As the answer have gone the ones who answered, 20 oz are quoting the old Imperial measure used by all the UK country’s even in here in Canada, you US people were always cheated with the US measure, but for your diet you would want to drink 5 8oz glasses of water, and space them out during the day, have a full glass with each meal and smaller ones in between, I do this, but limit it to 4.
