Please refer to the list of filters, and recommended dyes for those filters, for the microscopes and plate reader for details about our current configuration possibilities. Other filters are available and can be purchased and integrated as necessary. Typically, one can reliably separate up to 4 dyes – For example DAPI, FITC, RHODAMINE, CY5. Because separation is never perfect, it is important that the intensity of the signal is roughly equal in all channels, otherwise you will risk bleed-through from the brightest signal channel into the lowest signal channel.
