How many of the New Tech teachers at this school are seasoned veterans and how many are spirited youngsters?
In 1996 we started with 5 seasoned teachers. Overtime we have found a blend of seasoned PBL teachers help guide the spirited youngsters. Essentially, young or old is less a predictor for success, then attitudes and beliefs about the need for classroom change. Teachers’ hearts and minds must be oriented to educating the whole child to ensure their success in the global economy.
