Answer 17: Your subscriber should have had three occurrences of a problem. However, if you think it is important to file an ePUBWATCH before the third occurrence, simply indicate the number 2 in the Number of Past Occurrences field when you enter the complaint, then click the Request an ePUBWATCH button.
