How many observers should provide ratings on an observee in order for us to get a reliable report?
We will provide a feedback report to any observee who has at least three evaluations completed on his/her behavior. Three is a minimum set to maintain the confidentiality of the observers. The more observers you have complete an evaluation on any given observee, the better the reliability. We recommend collecting 15 to 20 surveys per observee per reporting period in order to ensure that there will be some stability in the ratings and adequate variability in the information to provide useful feedback to the observee.
