If you can’t read instructions, don’t buy a $3000 watch. In all seriousness, the instructions for this will be in the manual, but most often a model with a date will be set by pulling the crown out to the first position (pull away from the case by one click) and the time will be set in the second position. Other features may vary, so do read the manual.
