How many Noam Chomskies does it take to change a lightbulb?
First, we must determine if the lightbulb in question actually wants to be changed, and if so, would it rather change itself or have change forced upon it by an outside power. Secondly, we must look at the United State’s record in lightbulb changing, wherein it does a good job of changing lightbulbs if it is in its own best interests, but has been a major opponent of changing lightbulbs if it’s interests would be better served by keeping anyone living in the area affected by the lightbulb in the dark.
