How many more young men must die in Iraq, like we did in Vietnam?
Everyone in the military today VOLUNTEERED including my son and brother. There is a big difference between Vietnam and Iraq. No draft, all voluntary now. My son joined after 400 men and women in our small town were murdered in the WTC. Our neighbor was killed and left 3 kids under 6 years of age. There is no draft, everyone enlisting KNOWS there is a war, try asking the military what they have seen and experienced, do we need to be there. Most will complain it should have been done years ago with Desert Storm. Our kids have enough to worry about without this country tearing down their efforts. They are the only thing between us and a second 9/11, don’t belittle their sacrifices.
