How many months shall the housing unit is constructed?
The construction period of the housing unit, is maximum of SIX (6) MONTHS. • When is the turn-over of the unit to the buyer? The housing unit shall be turned-over to the BUYER: 8 months (earliest period)-12 months (longest period) after the unit is constructed and completed. And upon completion of the necessary documents and upon signing of the CTS, DOAS or any necessary contracts/pertinent papers. • Is there a discount if the Total Contract Price is paid in cash?
