How many months pregnant was Grace when she died?
The doctors who performed the autopsy estimated that the fetus was about three and one half to four months old and was probably female. It weighed six and 1/2 ounces and was seven and 1/4 inches long. That would mean that conception took place between mid to late April and that Grace could not have know about her pregnancy until mid to late May.
