How many minutes would it take from Laoag City to San Fernando La Union?
From Laoag (Ilocos Norte) to San Fernando (La Union) you will have to take a bus or private car. It is about 180 kilometres and will take 3 1/2 to 4 hours depending on road conditions and traffic. I would recommend Farinas Bus Lines (home in LAOAG) as clean and reliable. They have departures every hour until night time and it should cost you about 200+ Pesos (say about $5) per person. If you ride a bus – bring warm sweater otherwise you could freeze from the air-con 🙂 Have a safe trip.
