That depends on how well cooked you like your lamb. I prefer my lamb to be medium-rare to medium, so I cook it at 30 minutes per pound, 20 minutes pp for rarer. Start by cutting slits into the meat and insert slivers of garlic. Rub meat with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary and roast. Yum!
