To get in shape we must also consider the lifestyle we live. If we live a stressful life, then we need not only exercise for the body, but also we must help our mind and body to relax with exercises like yoga and taichi. We must also consider our diet. If we eat more fatty and salty food, we must get more fresh fruits and vegetables. If we always stay late partying or involved in stressful activities, we must allow our body to take the much needed rest and allow it to repair itself by getting plenty of fresh air and exercise. Getting our body in shape is more that the minutes we put into our exercise. We must also get our mindset and our will there. With the proper diet and lifestyle is in place, a 15 to 20 minutes of exercise works for me. Sources: own opinion.
