How many minutes i should stay in solarium?
Consult with people in the solarium salon. Because in different types of solariums they recomment different number of minutes for beginners. it also depends on the lamps. If they have new ones they will be very strong. And 3 minutes is a good number to start with. If they have quite old lamps (more than 3-5 months of use) than 4-5 minutes would be safe. Don’t forget to use special tanning lotion. Not the one you use when you suntan and not the fake tan. They have special stuff for the solarium. Usually you can also buy it at the salon. Also use stickers for your nipples if you don’t won’t to get breast cancer, special glasses if you don’t want to loose your eyesight and shower cap to protect your hair. It’s not recommended to go to solarium more often than every other day. Use some soothing lotion after the session. And if you feel your skin burning and itching than skip one more day before going to get some tan again. It’s not as complicated as it sounds 😉 Enjoy!
