How many minors may the person acting as “proper supervisor”, chaperone?
a.) If a minor is frequenting a licensed premises with proper supervision,each supervisor can supervise up to 20 minors. b.) Licensees located in cities of the first class (i.e. popolation of 1 million or greater) each supervisor can supervise up to 5 minors. c.) If the minors are on the licensed premises as part of a school-endorsed function,(i.e. proms) then each supervisor can supervise up to 50 minors.
