How many men and women will attend the events? What about the gender ratio?
A. For now, the events will have no more than 10 men and 10 women. The gender ratio will be controlled so that there will not be more than 3 women than the number of men, and vice versa. This will be achieved by monitoring the numbers of people signing up for the events, and as soon as one gender outnumbers the other by more than 3, all subsequent registrations for that gender will be waitlisted. So, for instance, if 5 men sign up and 8 women sign up, the 9th woman (and any woman who signs up after her) will be placed on a waitlist. If any of the first 8 women then drops out of the event, the 9th woman will take her place. Same applies to men.
