How many memoranda will the team have to prepare?
A. The team will be required to collectively prepare and submit two Memoranda — the Claimant’s Memorials (briefs) — one for the Claimant and the other for the Respondent. They must be completed in the early fall, which is why team members must be willing to work on them during the summer. The Coach will set schedules and deadlines for completion of interim drafts and the final Memoranda and will meet with the Team regularly to ensure that satisfactory progress is being made.
