Awardees will be required to attend an initial action institute that should include your entire leadership team and core staff. Further guidance and information will be provided to awardees in terms of exactly who and how many staff should attend. For budget planning purposes, plan on a 10 to 12- member leadership team and any core staff not already accounted for as part of the leadership team. Further, a kickoff meeting is scheduled tentatively to take place in Atlanta. Your initial core staff (e.g., usually 2 or 3) should plan to attend.
