How many members of the Beatles are still alive?
Of the original Beatles, there are two still alive today, drummer Pete Best (who has his own band) and Paul McCartney. The other original members, now deceased, are Stuart Sutcliffe (died April 10th 1962), John Lennon (assassinated 8th December 1980), and George Harrison (died 29th November 2001). Of all Beatles members, then of course Ringo is still alive and kicking, and has his own band – ‘Ringo Starr and His All Starr Band’!
