If you’re wanting all tank raised stuff, that’s going to be a little difficult, since the majority of the tank raised fish you’ll find will either be pseudochromines or seahorses. A pseudochromis/dottyback would make a fine addition, but not the seahorses. Otherwise, try to stick with small fish that stay out of the water column. Clown gobies, shrimpgobies, small blennies, etc. You could probably get 3-4 of those in there without a hassle. If you don’t like the pseudochromis, you could substitute it for something else that will swim around more, like a firefish, six-lined wrasse, pygmy angel, or basslet.
