How many lots are included in the development?
Seven single-family lots are included. To see a map of the development, click here. What improvements are planned in the development? Utilities installation was completed in October 2006. This includes: Paved cul-de-sac Underground utilities (electric, gas, phone, cable, sewer, water) Streetlight on west side of cul-de-sac Fire hydrant Storm drain New gate to trail access (will block motor vehicles and allow pedestrians) The following map shows the locations of all utility mains and amenities: Click image to enlarge What will happen to the garage on lot 2? The garage on lot 2 was spared in the burn and demolition of the house that previously stood on lot 3. The garage will remain until construction of the new home on lot 3 is complete. Will lot 2 be available for sale? Lot 2 is owned by Greg and Ruth Bittner and is not presently for sale. Lot 2 might be available for purchase upon completion of the Bittners’ new home on lot 3.
