TSA doesn’t specify an amount for baggage that is checked in. For carry-on, it’s 3 oz. I suspect you have a few bottles of wine? As long as it fits in your baggage that will be checked in, it should be fine as long as it’s wrapped and packaged properly. I’ve had employees transport wine bottles from the U.S to the U.K. for me and they’ve had no problems. Make sure that you tell them it is for personal use and not resale or you’ll need a reseller’s license to transport back to Europe. See the TSA’s Guideline for more information: http://www.tsa.
