How many licenses of FileCenter do I need on my network?
You need one license of FileCenter for each workstation. FileCenter does not use concurrent user licensing. It uses workstation- or seat-based licensing. If multiple users share the same workstation (not concurrently), you will only need one license for that workstation. The exception to this is a Terminal Server environment, where each user who runs FileCenter via the server is one seat and needs a separate license.
