How many LHA rates will there be within each BRMA?
There are six separate LHA rates within each BRMA. They are: • one shared accommodation LHA rate • individual rates for one to five bedroom accommodation. It is possible to get an LHA rate for accommodation that has more than five bedrooms from the Valuation Office Agency where such accommodations exists. If this is the case, we will include these LHA rates in our monthly publication of the LHA rates.
