How many levels of technique are offered?
The Cornell Dance Program offers four levels of dance technique courses, ranging from level I at the beginning level to level IV at a pre-professional level. The introductory Dance Technique I serves as a beginning course for both western classical dance and modern dance, while at levels II, III, and IV the courses are in either modern dance or western classical dance. All levels of modern dance, but not western classical dance, are offered each semester.
