How many levels of security does CourtPro have?
There are 3 levels of security: Supervisor, Front Desk and Instructor. A supervisor has no restrictions. The front desk can handle payments, but an instructor can not. Only a supervisor has access to Administrative Functions. A supervisor can set limits on what the front desk and instructors can do; for example how many days ahead they can make a reservation. Instructor has no access to “Administration” functions just like front desk. Instructors are not allowed to take payments from the customers. Instructor can only book for self and view booked by self.
