How many levels does the Spanair Plus programme have?
The programme currently has 3 levels (BLUE, SILVER and GOLD), each providing members with benefits and privileges as per their level. The “STAR Points” determine members’ upgrade on being accrued on flights made with a Star Alliance member company. These points giving each member the option of maintaining or upgrading their level based on the accrual during a consecutive 12 months. Benefits per level Blue members can accrue and redeem points flying with Spanair or any other Star Alliance airline member and contracting services with Programme associated companies. Silver members enjoy exclusive additional advantages to those of Blue, like check-in at Business / Avant Class desks, additional luggage allowance according to the flight class, access to Spanair VIP lounged on Spanair operated flight routes, waitlist priority on Spanair or any Star Alliance airline flights, 10% extra points bonus per Spanair flight and 30% credit to point balance with a maximum of 3,000 points (only for fligh
