got to the local secretary of state and they will give u a permit license and driving law book, because u are over the age of 18, then you have either a week to a month (depending on the state) to practice and get comfortable behind the wheel before you have to take a test from a THIRD PARTY TESTER, the secretary of state does NOT test you, that then you will have to take a written examination fromt he secretary of states office- red means stop green means go, yellow means slow down if you have time to safely do so if not continue through the light at your current speed. driving is instinctive once you learn how, itll take you a couple of weeks to get to a point where you won’t be gripping the wheel white knuckling like an old lady.
