dpsVelocity is one of the most flexible systems available, handling up to 5 layers of combined video, graphics, and titles in real time. One of many example is the use of two layers of video (both of which have speed changes and proc amp color corrections) transitioning behind, a semi-transparent 32bit TGA with a keyframed PIP effect, and a crawling title sliding across the screenall in real time!
