As of June 30, 2007, Kraft had approximately 1.577 billion shares of Class A stock outstanding. As a result of the Spin-off announced by Altria on January 31, 2007, Class B shares were converted to Class A shares before the distribution of Kraft shares to Altria shareholders. The total number of shares remained the same.
