How many KPI per acountable person to effectively measure performance?
Every individual’s performance should be measured by tangible, quantifiable, and defined goals. Ideally Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that measure someone’s performance can provide continuous feedback on someone’s actions. I believe everyone will agree that a KPI that can not be influenced by someone’s behavior is useless. Nevertheless, in your opinion, how many KPIs can be assigned to a person without diluting or overwhelming the person to the point of ineffective.
