How many issues of Ploughshares are published per year? Why didn I receive a summer issue?

We publish three issues per year. Our Spring poetry & fiction issue is published on April 15, the Fall fiction issue is published on August 15, and the Winter poetry & fiction issue is published on December 1. We don’t publish a summer issue.
