There are an estimated 486 invasive alien plant species in Canada. Many invasive alien plant species came to Canada during the period from 1800 to 1900, with increased trade, immigration, and colonization. It is estimated that 0.58 new invasive alien plant species have become established in Canada every year in the past century. Where are invasive alien plants located in Canada?
