How many International Baccalaureate schools are in Indiana?
With the most recent addition of Northridge High School in February 2010, Indiana has 19 high schools authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (DP). With the addition of the International School’s MYP in 2011, there are now three schools currently authorized to offer the Middle Years Program (MYP) and two are Primary Years Program (PYP) schools. Additional schools are in the application process for the DP, PYP, and MYP. Authorization takes two years before the school begins teaching the curriculum.
