It would be great to have a megawatt of generation power that simply comes out of water tanks with floats inside. They would be particularly great for my planned mission to Mars and indispensible for the new colony there. Alas, it is only fantasy. If you believe in perpetual motion machines, then scaling them up to megawatts or terawatts isn’t a leap of faith — you are already there.
