Not sure what you mean. If you are an asylum seeker, you cannot work at all until your case is resolved. If you are in the UK on a student visa and claim asylum, you revoke your student visa status. If you have been granted asylum, you are usually given the full right to work. Check with your case worker. If you are in the UK on a student visa you can work a maximum 20 hours per week, full time during vacations and on work placements provided they are assessed as part of your course and do not exceed 50% of the length of your course.
