How many hours are required to reinstate a lapsed license or to restore a suspended or revoked license?
A registrant wishing to reinstate a lapsed license must complete the number of CEUs that would have been required had his license been in good standing. For example, a registrant whose license has been lapsed for two years must complete 16 CEUs prior to his license being reinstated. Additionally, he must complete 8 CEUs for the current year prior to December 31. The number of CEUs required to restore a suspended or revoked license will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
