How many hours a week was needed to allocate to the Creative Waves project?
Although there were no official participation times throughout the project, due to differing time-zones from which participants were working and the online nature of the activity, it was expected that students would be able to spend at least 10 hours per week contributing to the project. Due to the online nature of the project, an important aspect to consider for maintaining crucial group dynamics, was that regular participation throughout each week was required. To visit the community only once or twice a week would not have been enough. Regular daily visits to converse with team-mates and tutors proved to be an important factor.
