How many hours a week do I have to go to school to get the UI waiver from work search and availability for work?
There is no set number of hours required if your training is approved by the dislocated worker program. However, it is not our intent for participants to use the program just to avoid the work search and availability requirements of UI. The program expects a good faith effort by participants to carry out their approved training plans.
