Thirty-nine (39) single-family detached homes comprise Olmsted Terrace, Stanford’s newest neighborhood. A fully decorated model home will be available in spring 2010. Homes will be available for purchase at that time, with deliveries of new homes to home buyers starting in summer 2010.
