How many HDMI connectors do I need on my HDTV LCD flat panel tv?
If all three devices have HDMI out connectors, then you need three HDMI connectors on your TV. HDMI carries both audio and video, so you only need one cable for each thing. With that said, if your DVD player isn’t HD and you don’t have a PS3 or Xbox 360, I would recommend using a different connection such as composite or S-video. That way you won’t have to try to find a TV that has three HDMI ports and spend more money and you won’t be losing quality either since the outputs are standard-def anyways. Hope this helps!
