How many guests can stay in a house?
The weekly rental rate is based on a specific standard number of guests related to each house, which is less than the maximum number of guests the home accommodates. An additional $100 fee per person plus taxes (for the entire rental period) is charged for each additional guest up to the house maximum. (Infants under age 2 are not included in the guest count.) If additional guests stay in the house without approval, the entire Security Damage Deposit is forfeited and the entire party be be asked to leave.
