How many grapes does it take to make a bottle of wine?
According to this page I found, you need about 13-15pound s of grapes to make 5 bottles. http://winemaking.jackkeller.net/nativew1.asp I am quite sure that it would not be wise to make a much smaller batch than this, as if you tried to only make one bottle worth there would be too much wastage, and it is difficult to get some of the other ingredients needed in such a tiny quantity (as they are already at a minimum quantity for 5 bottles of wine).
