Steve has had three relationships that we know about, the first Saskia Duncan, she was an old girlfriend from the time before Steve turned up in Walford. She showed up just as he was getting to know Melanie Healey and threw a big spanner in the works. She told Mel that Steve had asked left her when she was pregnant forcing her to have an abortion, causing complications and Mel believed her, ruining what could have been a very promising friendship between Steve and Mel.
