How many free copies of the cataloguing client will we receive?
All libraries agreeing to catalogue online to Kinetica will be entitled to receive one free cataloguing client for every 300 cataloguing records they contribute each year. Libraries contributing less than 300 cataloguing records online per year will receive one free client. What are the levels of rebate, and how will they be calculated? Libraries that contribute data will be entitled to a discount on the core service charges of $0.85 per search transaction and/or $600.00 per concurrent session per month. Full contributors will receive a discount of 30% on the core service charges. To be eligible for the discount, libraries will agree to contribute the following data online for their current intake within two weeks of an item s arrival in the library: Holdings: over 80%, and cataloguing records for over 80% of those items not found on the National Bibliographic Database.
