How many Fleming 50s have been built to date?
There were only eleven 50 footers with the last one being hull 18 which was completed in early 1990. Several were shipped to the California dealer but the majority went to England. Most of the 50s on the East Coast were brought back to the US by speculators in the mid 90s. They all had to be converted back from European 220 volt 50Hz shore power to US 60Hz 120 volt power. Most have had aftermarket A/C installed but we are not aware of any that have been stabilized or have bow thrusters.
