How many fire fighters is there in Mount Clemens?
The Fire Department is a combination fire department with both full-time on duty firefighters, and volunteer on-call firefighters. We operate out of one central fire station located in the downtown area. Our full shift strength is four full-time professional firefighters that work 24-hour shifts. We have three shifts. Each shift has one captain, one sergeant, and two firefighters on duty. We also have a full-time Fire Marshal. Currently the City of Mount Clemens has about 18 volunteer fire fighters.
