How Many Films Are There In The Final Destination Series?
There are currently four films in the “Final Destination” series, the most recent being “The Final Destination”, which is due for release in August 2009. The series focuses on the subject of cheating death. The first instalment of the “Final Destination” film series was released in 2000. The films are supernatural thrillers and the first centres around a student called Alex who has a premonition that he and some other students will die in a plane crash. He originally thinks that it was just a dream but worries when it turns out to be reality and attempts to stop the plane from crashing. Alex manages to convince some of the students to leave the plane before it crashes, but those ones who survive the crash, including Alex, end up dying in other ways. The second instalment of the series, “Final Destination 2”, was released in 2003.
